Commercial Office Re-design, Renovation & Fit-out of 2 wings of an office space on the Second floor of a commercial complex. A whole new space planning was carried out after the existing plasterboard partitions were taken down and frameless glass partitions were introduced to accommodate a reception, open offices, a conference room, executive offices and restrooms. An overhaul of the restrooms was required to replace the old/rusted pipes and partial electrical & tiling works were undertaken as the existing tiles & suspended ceiling had to be retained. Customized furniture and laminate wood cladding were locally produced and re-painting of the surrounding walls was the final touch.
